Shipping & Returns

We offer $8 flat rate shipping for all orders and FREE Shipping for all orders over $100, and free in-store pickup.

All orders placed Tuesday through Saturday are typically shipped within one business day. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will ship on the next business day.

If you don’t love your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 14 days for exchange or store credit.

The 14-day window begins either from the delivery date (per tracking) or the purchase date for in-store pickup orders.

If you purchased REDO at checkout, your return shipping is free.

If not, you can still use our easy returns portal—you’ll just be prompted to pay for a return label during the process.

Returns are for exchange or store credit only. Shipping charges on returned orders are nonrefundable.
