RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE AT JAXE + GRACE BOUTIQUE IS A PRIORITY AND IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DO NOT LOVE YOUR PURCHASE, RETURN THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS (FROM DAY MAIL IS RECEIVED OR PURCHASED IN STORE) FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, LESS THE SHIPPING COSTS AS ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED) WITH TAGS ATTACHED. (NO EXCEPTION) ITEMS SENT BACK WORN OR WITH MAKEUP STAINS, DEODORANT STAINS, PET HAIR, DAMAGE, OR SMOKE SMELL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. (please understand due to allergies and asthma of other customers, we have to be strict on this.) ***SALES ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.*** Shoes are not included in accessories and fall under our normal return policy listed above. Like all merchandise, they cannot be worn and must have original packaging and inserts. At times when we run special sales or events, those items are also final sale which you will see when we announce/post! If we still have the EXACT SAME ITEM/SHOE IN THE SAME EXACT COLOR ETC. IF NOT WORN you may exchange those items for a different size but NOT return the item. ONCE WORN WE CANNOT EXCHANGE. Again, tags must be attached no matter what.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS RECEIVED 14 DAYS AFTER THE POST MARKED DELIVERY DATE OR IF WE DETERMINE THAT THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY. So please be sure to read all instructions about sale items and accessories being final sale and tags must being on, etc. before returning your items.
WE RECOMMEND TRACKING AND INSURING PACKAGES SENT BACK FOR RETURN, AS WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/DAMAGED RETURN PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT WERE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IF THE ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR LABEL WAS CORRECT. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL CARRIER FOR THEIR MISTAKE. WE CAN ASSIST BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
Once we receive your item we will email you with your store credit code if your return meets the requirements above. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING IS $5 FLAT RATE or FREE if your order is over $100. We also offer free in store pick up for our local customers.
Orders placed before 6pm Tues-Sat will be dropped off to the post office that evening and shipped the next business day on most occasions. Orders placed after 6pm will be shipped with the next days orders/packages. Orders placed on Saturday after 5pm will not get dropped off to be shipped out until Tuesday after closing time after 6pm.
