APP returns are done through the website. Your APP order # will not work you will need to call the store to get your Web Order # to use in the returns link below.
(please note: a $4.95 processing/re-stocking fee will be removed from your store credit refund but you will not have to pay for your shipping label to ship your item back to us!)
If for any reason you do not love your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with 14 BUSINESS DAYS (business days that we are open which is Tues-Saturday) PLEASE NOTE: This is calculated from day mail is received via tracking updates OR from day you purchased if in store pick up order, not the day you pick up) Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY less the shipping costs as all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please read below to make sure your items match the conditions of which to be able to return your item(s).
Merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition (UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED) with ALL TAGS ATTACHED (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Items sent back with make up stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, damage, cuts from self attempted sewing/fixing, washed, or with smoke smell will NOT be accepted. (please understand due to allergies and asthma of other customers, we have to be strict on this.)

If you are local, please bring your item in store with your order number so we can look up your receipt for processing your return in store! If you are not local, see below on how to easily return your item(s)!
To process your return via shipping after you have made sure your item(s) meet the return process eligibility requirements, follow the instructions below to begin your return:
- Have your order number and email address used for your order ready.
- Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen. You won't need your wallet because the label will be FREE to you!
- You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
- Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
- Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
- We’ll deduct our $4.95 processing/re-stocking fee from your store credit refund, unless an error was made on our end.

Q: Can shoes and bralettes be returned?
A: YES: Shoes and bralettes, if unworn, fall under our normal return policy listed above. Like all merchandise, they cannot be worn, tags must be attached, and must have original packaging and inserts.
Q: I bought a regularly priced item that was not in the sale album or on the sale rack, but I bought it during a store wide sale where I got a certain percentage off, can I return it?
A: MAYBE: At times when we run special sales or events, sometimes those items are also final sale which you will see when we announce/post! If the item is greater than 30% OFF, it is final sale! All holiday sale items are always final sale (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.)
Q: I have a clothing item that is past the 14 day return policy but it still has the tags on it and I see you just re-stocked the same item, can I swap sizes for the exact same item even if it is past the 14 day policy?
A: YES, but ONLY if we still have the EXACT SAME ITEM IN THE SAME EXACT COLOR, BRAND, ETC. and only IF NOT WORN + TAGS ARE ATTACHED. In this case, you may exchange the item for a different size ONLY. However, please understand, if we do not have the size you need you may NOT return the item unless it has been less than the original 14 business day policy.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS RECEIVED 14 DAYS AFTER THE POST MARKED DELIVERY DATE OR IF WE DETERMINE THAT THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY. SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/DAMAGED RETURN PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT WERE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IF THE ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR LABEL WAS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR STORE AND TRACKING SHOWS IT. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL CARRIER FOR THEIR MISTAKE. WE CAN ASSIST, BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER IF THE CARRIER IS AT FAULT WHICH USUALLY IS A 30 DAY REQUIRED WAITING PERIOD.
*PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO US AS "UNDELIVERABLE" ARE SUBJECT TO RE-SHIPPING AT BUYERS EXPENSE, AND INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM[S]:
We inspect and sign for all items that go out since we are a small business and want to ensure quality control. However, should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items at email@example.com so that we can fix the issue! If the item is damaged, YOU MUST SEND PHOTOS WITHIN ***2*** DAYS THE ITEM IS RECEIVED FOR US TO ACCEPT.
BE SURE THAT YOU READ YOUR TAGS ON YOUR LABELS FOR WASHING INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO WASHING ITEM. SOME ITEMS CAN DAMAGE IN WASHER/DRYER IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE WASHING LABEL PROPERLY. JAXE + GRACE BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAULTY ITEMS DUE TO LACK OF PROPER WASHING VIA WASHING LABEL INSTRUCTIONS. MANY CLOTHES ARE HAND WASH/LAY FLAT TO DRY.
ONCE A CLOTHING ITEM OR SHOE ETC HAS BEEN WORN, IF THE ITEMS BREAKS/TEARS/RIPS JAXE + GRACE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE DAMAGES UNLESS A COMMON MANUFACTURER ISSUE HAS OCCURRED AND WE ARE ALREADY AWARE OF THE ISSUE. (however, when it comes to accessories those are FINAL SALE at all times)
Please remember that some boutique clothing items are higher end fabrics and/or are more delicate. Please be sure to watch your kids, dog or cat nails, rings etc when wearing those items like sweaters etc. Again, we are NOT responsible for those types of damage and we appreciate your understanding in this.
